Hello friends.
Today I'm grateful for my beastie Passenger Transit Van. She's a white 15 seater and is named "Betty White." 99% of the time its just me driving Betty White around since 4 of my 5 kids are drivers... but this weekend was one of the times we got to fill her seats up! My siblings and I have 20 kids between the 6 of us so when us girls want to go shopping, we fill Betty White up. The seats AND cargo area LOL! Saturday we went to our favorite spots: thrift store, Michaels, Joanne's and Marshalls. We love Betty White for our family vacations too. We will be filling her up for spring break and driving to Florida. She is great for road trips! We had a Chevy Express for years when the kids were little (named Fuller Express of course:) and we drove that thing until she died. I downsized to an Enclave (named Ruby) for a minute but there just wasn't enough space!

*We found out on Friday that we WILL have a basketball season here in Michigan! Games start this week! We are very excited we get to play and actually have an event to go to LOL! Go Blue! Go Gold! Go SPARTANS!
*I have a Valentine's date planned with Joe Sunday that I am very excited about! We will be passing out blessing bags at the weekly Homeless Angels "dinner at the park" event in Lansing. If anyone local is interested in donating items just shoot me an email or message on socials! Homeless Angels is an amazing organization in Lansing and Owosso.
*Even though winter is my very favorite season, I had a little glimpse of hope for Spring. I am always ready for the next season as soon as it arrives. I am thoroughly enjoying the cold and snow right now but also looking forward to the newness of what spring brings! For now I am quilting away in my cozy old farmhouse with the sight of white blanket silent snow and it is lovely.
